Personal Assistant/ Design to Iris van Herpen

The Iris van Herpen team is seeking a talented and highly organized Personal Assistant/Design to provide both creative and operational support directly to Iris van Herpen. This unique role is ideal for an individual passionate about the fusion of fashion, art, and technology, who thrives in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment, and can seamlessly blend creative insight with meticulous attention to detail.

As Personal Assistant / Design to Iris van Herpen, you are responsible the designer can make the most of her time by supporting the designer in her daily work and by independently carrying out specific projects and tasks.

Activities include:

Creative & Organizational Support in the Design Process
Collaborate closely with Iris to bring her vision to life, assisting in every step of the design process from concept to execution. Your role will be pivotal in facilitating creative and operational needs, ensuring smooth workflows and adherence to timelines.

Creative & Organizational Support for Collaborations
Coordinate and assist with both creative and commercial collaborations, playing a vital role in managing partnerships that span industries and contribute to the brand's innovation and reach.

Exhibitions Support
Support the development and execution of exhibition projects, contributing to the creative direction, planning, and operational coordination needed for successful presentations.

Paris Couture Show & Presentation Support
Provide comprehensive support for Iris van Herpen’s Paris Couture Show, as well as other presentations, supporting the designer on creative direction, planning, and on-site assistance to ensure the highest quality production.

External Communication, Schedule & Travel Management
Handle Iris’s external communications where needed, manage her schedule, and oversee travel arrangements to maintain seamless operations and communication across all activities.

Runway Looks & R&D Support
Assist in the creative development, R&D, and execution of runway looks, contributing to the brand’s vision while ensuring projects are completed with precision and excellence.
