JOB PURPOSE

Support for accounting activities, reconciliation of receipts, payments, and invoicing.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Verification of received documents based on the requirements of tax regulations and Group procedures.
• Reconciliation of daily retail and e-commerce receipts.
• Supplier invoice review (purchase orders/prices/due dates).
• Updating of corporate accounting in the SAP system.
• Execution of tasks related to document management (payment authorization requests, supplier follow-ups, scanning, optical archiving).
• Ledger control and reconciliation.
• Support for monthly closing activities.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Degree in economics

3-5 years of experience in a similar role

Good knowledge of English, German is optional

Excellent proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite

Knowledge of the SAP ERP software will be considered a plus

Strong analytical and summarizing skills
