As a HR Assistant Benelux, you will work at the HR department in our Amsterdam office and support the Benelux HR department in the operational field. You are responsible for the administration of the day to day HR activities and recruitment. Your tasks consist of the following:
What you can expect:
- Responsible for the correct administrative tasks for the Benelux region(inflow and outflow). This includes, but is not limited to drafting employee contracts, keeping the personnel systems up-to-date and taking care of all relevant correspondence, assist the line managers with probation periods, end of contracts, etc.;
- First responder shared HR phoneline and Benelux email addresses;
- Invoice management: primarily for NL, but BeLux is not excluded;
- Responsible for Temper (online flexible professionals platform);
- Responsible for the first line in the recruitment and selection process, excluding the interviews;
- Support & refer the various managers to the correct HR representative regarding specific areas including but not limited to, absenteeism, collective labor agreements and labor conditions;
- Responsible for the monthly HR reporting;
- Taking minutes in several meetings;
- Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time.
Your profile:
- A relevant college (HBO or MBO+) degree;
- Proven HR Administration & Recruitment experience. Experience in the Benelux region is a plus;
- Language skills: Dutch and English. French language is not a must, but it can be a plus;
- Willingness to travel - approx. once per quarter, to our office in Antwerp;
- Proficient in MS Office;
- Hands-on experience with an HRIS;
- SAP experience is a plus;
- Excellent time and organization skills;
- Strong communication skills;
- Team player;
- Flexible and able to adapt.
