About the job

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of 8-12 financial controllers, setting SMART goals, offering constructive feedback, and supporting team development
  • Manage group-wide financial reporting processes, including the creation and delivery of essential reports such as Daily Sales reports, CEO Cockpit, BoD Reports, Shareholder Reports, Commercial Performance Reports
  • Develop and implement standardized, efficient financial reporting processes and dashboards (e.g., Monthly Business Review, P&L reports, Store P&L) to support business steering
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses and adaptations to standard reports as needed, while maintaining high accuracy and relevance in all financial insights
  • Own and execute financial reporting transformation projects, advancing digitalization initiatives to enhance reporting and streamline processes
  • Ensure the integrity of the global financial steering concept and oversee its implementation across reporting platforms, managing correction processes for any inaccuracies
  • Operate the global financial planning processes, including rolling forecasts and budgeting, to support agile, data-driven decision-making
  • Ensure operational continuity, managing work allocation, team absences, and onboarding of new team members to support seamless financial operations


About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent who brings the following qualities:
  • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial reporting, FP&A, or business finance, preferably within an international, multi-channel environment, Big 4 is a plus
  • Proven track record in leading and developing teams, with the ability to set clear goals, manage performance, and foster a collaborative work environment
  • Strong expertise in financial reporting and analysis, with experience in managing large-scale data, budget planning, and rolling forecasts
  • Excellent proficiency in digital financial reporting tools and dashboarding systems, with a vision for driving digital transformation
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to handle complex financial data accurately
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present financial insights effectively to senior leadership
  • Positive, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset, with a passion for process improvement and financial excellence
