About the job

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Ensuring local compliance with IT standards, policies, and processes
• Supporting Corporate IT services by executing the local service process
• Implementing additional local IT services to address specific company needs
• Providing technical support, training, and troubleshooting for systems and networks
• Installing and configuring software and hardware (printers, network cards, etc.)
• Monitoring system and network performance, and performing maintenance activities (e.g., backups)

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

• Minimum one year of experience in a customer-facing role is required; experience in IT support is a plus
• Strong motivation to develop within the IT field
• Solid general understanding of computer systems and IT applications
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
• Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and customer service experience
• Team-oriented with a creative, can-do attitude
