About the Job

In this position your main duties will be the following:

• Preparation of sales reports requested by sales and client service teams globally
  
• Supporting the finalization of the B2B sales transformation through regular reports on open backorders and brand control agreements
  
• Updating internal process documentations and archives on regular basis
  
• Supporting all year end activities (Commissions pay outs, Key Account Planning, Bonuses, Mass mailings, condition letters)
  
• Holding key user roles and performing key user tasks (B2B Ecommerce, Connect, CDS/SAP Fiori)

• Strong & proven analytical skills: Strong ability to read and interpret data and draw relevant conclusions for the organization
  
• Attention to details & ability to work under pressure and to prioritize tasks accordingly
  
• Good verbal communication skills in English & cultural awareness
  
• Continuous improvement mindset to support LEAN initiatives
  
• Computer Skills: Strong ability to handle Excel and proficiency in other MS Office programs
  
• Swarovski Insider: Strong knowledge of Swarovski systems (SAP, Connect, Analysis) to be able to provide effective cross-department & cross-market support
