PR Manager

Adam Lippes is seeking an exceptional and Public Relations Manager to lead and execute the communication strategy for our ultra-luxury womenswear brand. Based in New York City, this role is a rare opportunity to represent a globally renowned fashion house, crafting a narrative that resonates with our audience and elevates our brand identity on the world stage.

Key Responsibilities:
    •    Strategic PR Planning: work with outside agencies in NY, Paris and Tokyo to develop and implement a comprehensive public relations strategy that reflects the brand’s heritage, exclusivity, and forward-thinking vision. 
    •    Media Relations: Build and nurture relationships with top-tier fashion editors, journalists, and influencers to secure high-profile coverage across print, digital, and broadcast media.
    •    Brand Storytelling: Craft compelling press materials, including media pitches, press releases, brand stories, and seasonal collection notes, that align with the brand’s voice and values.
    •    Event Management: Oversee the execution of exclusive events, including fashion shows, trunk shows, private client experiences, and collaborations with global luxury partners.
    •    Partnerships: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams to ensure a cohesive brand message across all channels including our own free standing stores and wholesale partners. 
    •    Global Outreach: Manage relationships with international media and oversee PR initiatives in key markets, ensuring a consistent global image.
    •    Celebrity and Influencer Engagement: Coordinate red carpet placements, editorial appearances, and strategic partnerships with high-profile personalities.

Requirements:
    •    Proven experience in public relations, preferably in the luxury fashion industry (4+ years).
    •    Established network of contacts within the fashion, luxury lifestyle, and media industries.
    •    Strong understanding of ultra-luxury consumer behavior and the global fashion landscape.
    •    Exceptional communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
    •    Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining meticulous attention to detail. 
    •    Proficiency in digital media platforms and an understanding of the evolving PR landscape.
    •    Bachelor’s degree from a top tier university.
