Purpose of the role
Responsible to manage loyalty programs (SCS + Be Swarovski) and promotion activities based on the market activation plan to drive traffic to the stores, conversion, VPT and repurchase.
Individual responsibilities
◎ Responsible for orchestrating the implementation of the market activation plan across different teams and ensuring activations drive brand awareness, desirability, purchase and re purchase to achieve brand and business objectives. This includes:
• Plans and executes all CRM / Promotion activities according to the market activation plans and global guidelines and policies. This includes any activities related to the integration of on- and offline CRM activities, GWPs, etc.
• Is responsible for increasing and strengthening the consumer loyalty base in all programs (Be Swarovski, SCS)
• Is responsible to ensure the correctness of mass customer data and for orchestrating any data cleansing activities.
• Plans and executes to communicate defined CRM / Promotion targets and supports the CRM / Promotion success monitoring on POP level
• Provides quality feedback and proposes future development opportunities to Marketing Director based on standardized reports received from GBS on the performance of CRM / Promotion activities based on the market activation plan. The Marketing Director will then channel this feedback to Marketing Delivery.
• Manages any outsourced agencies who securely store and destroy creation of all Be Swarovski paper records (only if applicable).
• Is responsible for ensuring compliance of all CRM activities with local rules and regulations and, if necessary, creates any locally needed terms and conditions including liaising with central legal to ensure compliance.
• Ensures all stores have sufficient training and information on Be Swarovski and SCS and know how to securely look after customer data
• Performs regular performance reviews and monitoring on budget spend on CRM / Promotion activities with Marketing Director
• Answers and follows up on Be Swarovski members’ and SCS members’ questions which cannot be answered at the POP and which are forwarded to the VG office
• Is the key contact person for all requests / issues pertaining to CRM / Promotions within the market cluster
About you
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
◎ Minimum 3 years of work experience in a fashion and retail environment or
◎ Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar CRM / Promotions role in a Consumer Goods Business
◎ Experience working with loyalty programs and promotions
◎ Advanced verbal communication and presentation skills
◎ Excellent organizational and planning skills
◎ Strong relationship building skills
◎ Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
◎ Local language business proficiency and basic English skills (for non-English speaking markets)
