Freelance Apparel Graphic Designer(Asian Market)

We're currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Freelance Apparel Graphic Designer to strengthen our team and play a pivotal role in creating visually compelling graphics specifically tailored to the Asian market. This role bridges the gap between our Global Apparel design team in Zurich and the distinct needs of the Asian market. The candidate will be responsible for creating apparel graphics that align seamlessly with On's Creative direction and Apparel vision, while ensuring effective collaboration with the Global Apparel team based in Zurich.

Your Mission

- Develop graphics and all-over prints for apparel aligned with On's Creative direction and tailored to the Asian market.
- Report into the Global Apparel design team (Zurich) to ensure consistent design language and execution aligned with brand standards.
- Research and analyze Asian market trends to create graphics that resonate with local consumers.
- Support the Zurich graphic and development team with various tasks, including design iterations, presentations, and production-ready artwork.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to incorporate feedback and meet tight deadlines.

Your Story

- Graphic Design Background: Proven experience in apparel graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing placed commercial graphics, branding, typography, and all-over prints.
- Understanding the Asian Market: Significant work experience with Asian clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of regional preferences and market demands.
- Extraordinary Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to bridge cultural and linguistic gaps to collaborate effectively with teams in Switzerland and stakeholders across Asia.
