Role Summary:

The Influencer Partnership Manager is responsible for designing and implementing influencer marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, drive engagement, and generate revenue. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with influencers, managing collaborations, and ensuring alignment with the brand's goals and identity. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media platforms, emerging trends, and influencer dynamics, especially in the [industry, e.g., luxury fashion/skincare].

 

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy Development and Execution:

  • Develop and execute an influencer marketing strategy that aligns with the brand’s objectives and target audience.
  • Identify KPIs for influencer campaigns, such as engagement rates, reach, and ROI.
  • Integrate influencer marketing initiatives with broader marketing campaigns and seasonal launches.

2. Influencer Relationship Management:

  • Identify and build relationships with influencers, creators, and ambassadors who align with the brand’s values and image.
  • Negotiate contracts, content deliverables, and compensation.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with key influencers to foster brand loyalty.

3. Performance Tracking and Reporting:

  • Track, measure, and analyse the performance of influencer campaigns using analytics tools.
  • Provide detailed reports on campaign performance, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  • Monitor trends and competitor activities to refine strategies.

4. Collaboration and Campaign Oversight:

  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to execute partnership campaigns and initiatives.
  • Ensure all partnership activities align with the brand’s luxury positioning and creative standards.
  • Oversee the co-creation of branded content, exclusive collections, events, or activations with partners.

5. Market Insights and Analysis:

  • Stay abreast of global luxury market trends and emerging opportunities for collaboration.
  • Evaluate partnership success using key performance indicators (KPIs) such as brand awareness, sales uplift, and customer acquisition.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize current and future partnerships.

6. Financial and Legal Oversight:

  • Collaborate with legal teams to draft and review partnership contracts.
  • Manage budgets associated with partnership initiatives, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  • Track financial outcomes of partnerships to ensure a positive return on investment (ROI).

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education and Experience:
    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
    • 7+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related role, preferably in the luxury or fashion industry.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of the luxury retail and fashion landscape, including consumer behaviour and market trends.
    • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
    • Proven ability to manage complex global partnerships and multi-stakeholder projects.
    • Analytical mindset with proficiency in using data to evaluate success and guide decisions.
    • Creative thinking and an ability to innovate within a luxury context.

Work Environment

  • This position typically operates within other Ashcorp professional environments, with frequent collaboration across various departments. Some travel may be required for market visits, events, and meetings.
