PR & Marketing Internship

GALVAN is seeking a highly motivated PR & Marketing Intern to join the London team. This role sits within the Communications team and will support the PR & Marketing Manager to coordinate sample movement, administration and overall communications reporting. This is a full-time role based at the brand’s London headquarters. 

Range of responsibilities:

• Coordinate all press requests on a daily basis, with the support of a PR & Marketing Manager 
• Support on sample management including send outs, follow ups, feedback and managing returns
• Monitor office supplies and place reorders when running low
• Organise the sample set and ensure samples are kept in good condition
• Assist where needed with VIP and Influencer fittings
• Assist on execution of monthly gifting and dressing, including product ordering, packaging and arranging local couriers
• Monitor and track VIP dressing and editorial coverage
• Monitor coverage on a daily basis and input into monthly reports
• Collate monthly press report
• Support the team on brand events 

Requirements:

• Experience working within a luxury fashion brand or agency
• Strong interest in fashion and retail
• Strong organisational skill and time management
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail 
• Well versed in social media platforms
• Computer literate
• Must be eligible to work in the United Kingdom and available to work 5 days a week Monday - Friday within the London Head Office
• Minimum 3 month contract with immediate start.
