HELIOT EMIL are seeking a skilled and dynamic e-commerce manager/coordinator to take on a leadership role and drive our growth to the next level. Liaise with leadership in key areas of business to drive decision making for e-commerce growth, while simultaneously analysing market trends and developing strategies to enhance brand awareness. Act as a key liaison with our DTC partner agency Another Community. This role offers an exciting opportunity to significantly impact online sales, and improve customer acquisition and retention.
Coordinating end to end workflow between HE and Another Community Digital team (web + digital marketing agency partner):
- Spearheading the management of day-to-day ecommerce duties for the Brand.
- Aligning digital marketing strategies and tactics in accordance with executive and marketing leads, together planning to meet established objectives and budgets for e-commerce.
- Liasoning with the ecommerce relevant departments and external parties including production, fulfillment, online content, and customer service.
- Conducting weekly analysis of data reports provided by Another Community to enable the HE team in strategic decision making and optimise growth strategies.
- Maintain and update product information, descriptions, and images through Shopify to ensure accurate and engaging product listings.
- Oversee stock levels and collaborate with the 3PL warehouse to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
- Plan, create, and manage newsletters, including content development and scheduling, to drive customer engagement and sales.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and optimize performance.
- Following and sharing marketing calendar updates in a timely manner to enable execution of the digital strategy.
- Coordinating with HE copywriter and creative team to provide texts and visuals for launch of paid ads.
- Maintaining email marketing calendar according to marketing strategy of the brand and providing texts + visuals to enable launch of emails.
- Provide all product information (including technical info, text, images) to enable launch of new products on the web-store.
- Liaise with the HE team to supply all additional visuals + texts needed for the web.
- Attend weekly calls to align on digital marketing strategy and spend
- Coordination is done via slack channels (web/digital) as well as on weekly calls. Access to analytics dashboards will be provided.
WHO YOU ARE
- A minimum of two-year experience in heading a premium or luxury online e-commerce.
- Two-three years of experience in digital marketing and a proven track record of developing successful cases.
- Ability to manage marketing budget and monitor brand inventory.
- Understanding and awareness of key industry trends and an ability to gauge competitors’ experiences.
- The ability to creatively problem-solve.
- Outstanding analytical skills with a deep understanding of metrics application to business strategies and daily sales tasks.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with Shopify
- Experience in the premium/luxury fashion brand
- Knowledge of email marketing is a plus
- Knowledge of SEO is a plus
