Internship HR - Marketing, Communication, Recruiting (m/f/d)

To strengthen our Talent Journey team, we are looking for an intern (m/f/d) from 01 March or 15 March 2025 for a period of 6 months. HUGO BOSS offers you an internship in which you will take on exciting and challenging tasks as a fully integrated team member. We are happy to welcome both compulsory and voluntary interns.

What you can expect:

Employer Branding / HR Marketing:

• Support in the further development and maintenance of the global HUGO BOSS online presences, such as our careers page
• Designing media and flyers using Adobe InDesign or Photoshop
• Development and implementation of communication and marketing strategies through video promotion
• Participation in the organisation of events within the framework of student cooperations and events

Recruiting:

• Support in student recruiting
• Assisting the recruiters in day-to-day business as required and providing support in active sourcing with LinkedIn

Talent Journey:

• Support in the planning and communication of national and global projects along the entire talent journey 
• Participation in the supervision of projects and completion of administrative tasks

Your profile:

• Degree in economics or communication sciences, marketing, media or a similar degree programme
• You are characterised by strong communication skills, knowledge of human nature and an active, proactive way of working
• You are very creative, have a keen interest in marketing and an affinity for social media topics
• Confident with MS Office
• High affinity for new technologies and digital media
• Very good written and spoken English and German skills
